Interlaken is a paradise in summer and winter for all who enjoy adventure and outdoor activities.
In our hostel you will get all the information you will need and if you want to participate you can book any activity you like. We guarantee the best rates, including free shutle transport.

You can check in any time you like from 6.30 am until 1.00 am.
During lunch and dinner time it might be possible, that we ask you must wait some minutes.
The rooms are ready from 3.00 pm on. When you arrive before 3.00 pm, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room. On Sundays our reception is closed from 11.30 am - 3.00 pm.

Our bar and restaurant, the Brasserie 17, offers you good food and fancy drinks for reasonable prices.From September to June we organize live concerts and many other parties and events.During the summer you can enjoy your food & drinks in our big garden terrace.
Brasserie 17 opening hours: daily from 8.30 am -0.30 am, on Sundays from 5.00 pm - 0.30 am.

All rooms & dormitories: full bedding (blanket, duvet & pillow case).
Single and double rooms are additionaly equiped with small towels

If you travel by bicycle, you can store them on our private terrain or in our garage when it rains.
You can rent bikes at many locations in Interlaken.

Once you made a reservation, you may change or cancel your reservation online without
any costs, with a personal reservationnumber, up to two days (4 pm) prior arrival.

Our dormitories are rooms with bunk-beds for 6 or 8 persons.
All beds are equiped with a sheet, a pillow-case and a blanket.
All dorm rooms are equiped with lockers and a sink with cold and hot water.

Please ask for our special rates for groups of 15 persons and more.
We can also help you to organize any activities or sightseeings in our region.

We have a public internetpoint in our hostel. 10 min./CHF 2.00,  30 min. /CHF. 5.00

It is possible for late arrivals to check in until 1.00 am. When you arrive later, please send us an e-mail or inform us by telephone: 0041 (0)33 8223 225.

There are lockers in all the multi bedded rooms and dormitories and in our luggage room.
You can rent a padlock at our recepion desk.

There is a lively party scene in Interlaken with many bars, restaurants, discos and night clubs.
A succesful evening starts at our own bar-restaurant, the Brasserie 17 with one of the 6 different beers on tap.

Smoking is forbidden in the muli bedded rooms and dormitories.
In the private double rooms smoking is allowed (though we ask you not to smoke).

The Happy Inn is at just 5 minutes walking distance from Interlaken West Station and at 20 minutes walking distance from Interlaken Ost Station. From the east station, you can also take a bus:
