The area has a Snow-park, super-pipe and boardercross. Or you can enjoy a peaceful, sunny restaurant terrace. Whether you ski or snowboard or carve-ski , the Jungfrau area guarantees unlimited fun.

Sledging (day or night)

The Jungfrau Region offers you more than 50 km exciting sledge runs around hairpin bends. Here you can prove yourself at the world longest sledge run with impressive panoramic views. But probably you will try one of the night sledding offers. Because that's incredible fun! For sure you will have muscle pain - from laughing! And the night sledging can even be combined with a typical Swiss cheese fondue - hmmmm! Or you try the worlds longest sledging run....

Snowshoe Trekking

Make the first tracks through the fresh, virgin snow in the forest, over glistening white fields and into the idyllically peaceful valleys. Dive into the fascinating mountain panorama. Experience that feeling of peace, freedom and physical exertion in a relaxing, stress-free way. It is not necessary to learn any special movement in order to enjoy walking on snowshoes.

Winter Hiking

In our region more than 220 km of winter hiking trails are kept prepared for your walking pleasure!  From easy strolls complete with sledge, to tougher tours for experienced mountain hikers. And you can always make a stop in one of the mountain restaurants and try a local speciality....

Ice Climbing

Ice climb the swiss alps! Imagine yourself rappelling down crystalline blue Ice Cliffs, surrounded by the most impressive mountains in the world and Ice Climbing back up. Our UIAGM guides will teach you climbing techniques, rapelling and safety during a full day of ice climbing and glacier trekking in the Swiss Alps.

Indoor climbing

Perfect training and bad weather alternative is offered through the K44 indoor climbing hall. Changing route levels from beginner to expert, a very nice boulder corner and a cool integrated bistro makes a grey day pass by quickly. You can rent everything from shoes to rope to guide.

Tandem Paragliding

Interlaken offers a great selection of interesting flights and a superb view of the mountains and the lakes. Located between the lakes of Thun and Brienz, Interlaken lies at the foot of the magnificent, world famous trio peaks, 'Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau'. Not only is Interlaken considered to be one of the best tandem paragliding flight locations throughout Europe, but its incredible alpine terrain together with its enchanted, fairytale-like beauty have made Interlaken a scenic attraction worldwide!

Tandem Sky Diving

At 13 000 ft. (4000 m) is is exit time, as you jump out of an airplane or helicopter with your jumpmaster strapped to your back. The free fall is enough to take one's breath away as you plunge down the vertical face of the mountains into the seemingly bottomless valleys of the Swiss Alps.
